In accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Moldova, by petition is meant any request , notification or proposal addressed to a public authority by a natural or legal person.
The petition can be submitted:
- electronically, being sent by electronic mail to the email address.
- through the Post Offices at the address of the municipality. Chisinau, str. The Great National Assembly Square 1.
Requirements for the petition:
According to art. 75 para. (1) of the Administrative Code, the petition contains the following elements:
a) the petitioner's first and last name or name; ) the name of the public authority;
d) the object of the petition and its motivation;
e) the signature of the petitioner or of his legal or authorized representative, and in the case of the petition submitted in the form electronic – the electronic signature.
